Dear Minnesota,
I recently moved to Washington state and they think they are the epicenter of apple culture in the world. Little did they know, the honeycrisp (the king of apples) was developed here at the University of Minnesota in 1960. I love the focus that the University has always had on supporting agriculture and sustainability.
